Lost and Found P2

    She was tired, she was scared. She didn't want to leave the little space that held her life. The girl opened her eyes and blinked. What happened? It soon all came back. The men. The gunshots. The girl mustered up all her strength and creaked open the floorboard. It was bright outside. Morning. She slowly climbed back out and replaced the floorboard. The light was shining through the curtains blinding the girl who was in the dark for so long. She held in mind of what she saw yesterday and turned around to go see her sisters. There was almost no sign that the 2 men came but that memory was carved into her mind. As she headed upstairs, she tried to prepare herself of what to come. It wasn't enough. The door to the bedroom was open. The wooden floor was covered in blood. She looked forward. Her sisters were lying in the room. One of them was on the side of the bed and had a bullet wound in her chest. The other was shot in the head and on the left shoulder. She forced herself to look. They were killed. They are dead. She dropped to her knees as tears started to flow out from her eyes. She was alone. In the big house with no one to cry with. She had no idea of what happened to her brother. She shivered and cried. She cried for her sisters, she cried for herself, and she cried because she was lost. The police were called and the case soon closed. The murderess had killed many other people but they were finally caught. The next day, there was a news report of a 17 year old boy who was stabbed in the chest by a bus stop. That was her brother. 3 months later she discovered that the murderers of her sisters and brother were part of the group that their father was associated with. She had no idea how but they knew her father. She still didn't know what the "treasure" was. After that, she decided to stay in the house. She continued to live by herself but her life was dull. It had no more meaning not that her family was gone. She didn't want revenge. She just wanted to forget about everything. She felt empty. She was lost. But soon, soon the missing treasure will be found.
